Club Shop
A couple of trestle tables under an awning selling replica shirts, scarves, t-shirts, stickers etc
Away End
All of the open terrace behind the goal. No seats and no roof. And, as there were only about 150 of us, we had plenty of room.
Staff
Great. A really friendly and polite bunch. We were made to feel very welcome.
Food
There were a couple of small stalls near to the away stand and a few more at the opposite end of the ground. However, we chose to eat in the nearby Robinsons department store, where they have KFC, Jeffers Steak, Pizza Company and Swensens plus a Thai food hall.
Beer
A stall outside the main gates sold us three cans of Leo for B120. Even though there were big signs outside the away end saying beer was forbidden inside the ground, we were allowed to take it in.
Parking
We arrived three hours before kick off and parked on the street about two hundred yards from the stadium. After the match, there was a bottleneck around the exit for the official car park but we got away quite easily.
Highlight of the Day
Being given a free Ratchaburi FC "Two Years, Two Champions" t-shirt by one of the home players just prior to kick off. A nice gesture.
Overall Experience
Very enjoyable. Absolutely no hassle and a real old school experience. Once again, it was a pleasure to visit a club who still adopts a sensible approach to the way it treats the fans. Even though there had been trouble at the league game earlier in the season, there were no signs of heavy handedness or over reaction from the Ratchaburi management. Thank you.
